We are a family-owned and operated heating and air conditioning company in Spotsylvania Courthouse, Virginia. The company was founded in 1978 by Brian Baker, Sr. We have been providing our customers with high-quality HVAC and home repair solutions ever since. Brian is a veteran of the US Navy and an experienced technician. He has taught the trades to the next generation, maintaining his certifications through the years. Today, the second generation of Bakers has joined the family business, as Brian’s son, Brian Baker, Jr. is part of the team.
